Over 80 business people from across Greater Manchester attended a motivational business seminar this week.

The quarterly events are organised and delivered by Molesworths Solicitors and are hosted at Hopwood Hall College’s Middleton campus.

Paul Dixon, a partner at Molesworths, welcomed guests to a business networking event followed by an Introduction to Psychology for Businesses seminar.

Guest speakers included Phil Crowshaw, an entrepreneur from The Geeky Group, who spoke about the speed of the digital revolution and showcased top tips on providing valuable content to website visitors.

Author and ultra-marathon runner Tom Fitzsimons, who ran 3,100 miles across the USA in just 100 days, gave a motivational speech about the importance of goal setting, determination and planning.

Behavioural Psychologist Dylan Leighton gave an illuminating and entertaining introduction to psychology for businesses.

Kerry Hargreaves, Practice Manager at Molesworths, said: “We put a lot of hard work into bringing a high quality events programme to the Rochdale business community and we are so pleased when we receive such positive feedback. The speakers were all excellent and I am sure that delegates will have thoroughly enjoyed the presentations and taken something positive away with them to apply to their own businesses.”
