Accusations Against State College Psychologist

Accusations against a State College Psychologist could cost him his license and one million dollars in civil suits.  The Centre Daily Times reports the State Board of Psychology is filing a disciplinary action against Doctor Richard Lenhart.  The Board is accusing Lenhart of having inappropriate sexual relationships with two of his patients, according to the Centre Daily Times.  The Department of State filing 111 counts against the Doctor.  The paper says, in addition to his practice, Lenhart was also a lecturer at Penn State Altoona.
