31 March 2015 , 1:39 PM by Kelly Higgins-Devine

Dr Lovatt is a dance psychologist and he is also reader and Principal Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, where he runs the Dance Psychology Lab.
He spoke to Afternoons presenter Kelly Higgins-Devine about the link between the health of mind and body.
