Dr. Erica Wagner-Heimann will discuss
Beyond OCD (formerly OCD Chicago) presents the next OCD Live Forum on October 9th. Dr. Erica Wagner-Heimann will provide an introduction to a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT has been found useful in conjunction with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. This presentation will discuss how it may benefit you to take ACTion on OCD.
