Occupation: Getz is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist at Allegheny General Hospital, an assistant professor at the Temple University in Philadelphia and an adjunct professor at Chatham University.
Background: Getz, who grew up in Buffalo, N.Y., came to Pittsburgh in 2003 to complete a neuropsychology internship at Allegheny General, and was hired by the hospital in 2004. He has authored more than 30 articles, abstracts and book chapters, and co-authored the third edition of “Screening for Brain Impairment.�
