ONTARIO—After nearly 40 years of practicing clinical psychology, Ontario’s Dwight Mowry hasn’t noticed any emerging mental health issues. Instead, he said, mental health challenges are ongoing and haven’t changed over time.
Mowry, 69, who describes himself as a social-learning theorist, retired on the last day of September from the office he opened in 1982.
