The School of Social Sciences and Psychology at Western Sydney University is looking to appoint a Lecturer in Geography and Urban Studies.

This position is located within the School of Social Sciences Psychology and will be expected to conduct research in their area of expertise, work co-operatively and collaboratively with Academic and Professional members of the School, and maintain and develop their scholarly, research and/or professional activities relevant to the teaching profession.
The Geography and Urban Studies (GUS) academic group in the School of Social Sciences carries out high quality teaching, research and engagement with community and industry. The group offers People, Place and Social Difference core unit and Geography and Urban Studies Major in the Bachelor of Social Science. It also offers highly acclaimed undergraduate and postgraduate courses in urban planning. The GUS group is based at the Parramatta and Penrith Campuses.

Remuneration Package: Academic Level B $101,116 to $119,312 p.a. (comprising Salary $91,226 to $107,722 p.a. plus 9.5% Superannuation and Leave Loading).
