Women grapple with their own unique challenges everyday. Sometimes it helps to better understand those challenges and opportunities by looking at the underlying psychology motivating our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

This blog intends to dig into the female psyche, and take into account the unique socio-cultural issues that complicate women’s emotional lives. Dr. John Grohol is the founder CEO of Psych Central.
