An ill-advised decision by the Kentucky Board of Psychology to try to censor a nationally syndicated columnist seems to get worse with each passing day.
It was bad enough when the board said it would seek a cease-and-desist order to prevent Kentucky newspapers from running articles by John Rosemond, a licensed psychologist in North Carolina. That threat was a blatant violation of the First Amendment, not to mention plain common sense.
