Amanda Bynes has ended her self-imposed Twitter exile and she has big news: she’s going to school in New York!

After allegedly being booted from fashion school in L.A. for disruptive behavior possibly caused by smoking weed, Amanda says she’s now going to focus on a new field:

I'm transferring to NYU or Columbia from FIDM to study psychology, so you'll see me in New York if you live here but I HATE stalkers!

Bynes also addresses all the tabloid stories about her. To sum up: F–K THE HATERS.
